Where things stand
An assessment of your organisation based on the material you have chosen to include. See what is working, what needs attention, and which risks, opportunities, or unknowns deserve a closer look.
Virtual CEO · For the owner
Virtual CEO uses your organisation’s knowledge to assess the situation, suggest where to focus, and raise questions worth thinking through. You can examine its reasoning and continue the discussion in Haoman.
It is an app within Haoman, currently available only to the project owner. You decide what to pursue and which commitments to make.

The assessment considers the organisation’s circumstances before deciding which questions to ask. An early venture and an established business need different conversations.
An assessment of your organisation based on the material you have chosen to include. See what is working, what needs attention, and which risks, opportunities, or unknowns deserve a closer look.
Up to three suggested areas of focus, with an explanation of why each matters now and a useful next move. The assessment can also conclude that nothing further stands out from the evidence available.
Inspect the supporting passages, the material checked, and the gaps in coverage. Reported facts, interpretation, and uncertainty remain distinct. Each assessment is dated, and earlier assessments remain available for comparison.
Organisation operating state
Discuss customers, revenue, costs, people, funding, and other facts that matter to your situation. Haoman helps maintain a readable document as the conversation develops.
Review the saved wording and choose the revision your assessment should use. A new draft does not replace your selection. Estimates and owner-reported information remain labelled as such.
You can begin with the evidence already available and add this discussion when it is useful. There is no questionnaire to complete first.
Start with the business as a whole: its purpose, operating situation, stage, and constraints. The assessment comes first; questions follow from what it finds.
Look at a particular product using its accepted definition and relevant knowledge. Each product has its own questions, sources, and history, informed by the organisation’s wider situation.
Examine a private relationship using its recorded notes, claims, and expectations. See pending commitments separately from questions worth exploring. Relationship access restrictions still apply.
Virtual CEO selects up to three questions for each investigation. They may challenge an assumption, identify missing knowledge, or examine conflicting evidence. The depth depends on what is already understood about the subject.
Each question explains why it matters, what an answer could change, its evidence and limits, and the strongest case for the approach you already have.
Open a private discussion to explore it and return to that discussion later. Leave a question for later, dismiss it, or reopen it. When you have reached a conclusion, explicitly record an outcome without sharing the private transcript.
You do not need to resolve every question. Some can remain open.
Choose which available organisation documents and knowledge sources to use for each investigation. Private discussions are not automatically added to its sources.
When scans are active, changes to the sources you selected can trigger a reassessment in the background. You can also refresh manually, pause scans, cancel a refresh, or retry one that failed.
Review what changed, earlier assessments, and investigation history. If a refresh fails, the last accessible results remain available. An assessment that has fallen behind the current context is marked.
Preview · Being prepared for release
A separate strategy discussion lets you work through your approach, alternatives, assumptions, and reasons to reconsider. It maintains an Agreed direction document that you review and explicitly accept.
Suggested focus then considers both the organisation’s situation and that chosen direction. New drafts do not change the agreement. You can select a revised direction or withdraw it, and concerns in the assessment remain visible.
This addition is implemented in the development version and has not yet been released.
Virtual CEO works from the sources available to it. It can miss context or reach a conclusion you disagree with. It does not run the company, assign work, contact people, or make commitments on your behalf.
